PADi Deep Diver Specialty
Deeper dives can be mysterious and exciting, whether it is a wreck, a deep reef or other marine life that attracts you.
This specialty course teaches you to safely and confidently dive to depths of up to 40 meters (the recreational dive limit).
Your training will start by reviewing the reasons for deep diving and the importance of knowing your personal limits.

During four deep dives you will learn:
- Specialized deep diving equipment
- Deep dive planning, buddy contact procedures and buoyancy control
- Managing your gas supply, dealing with gas narcosis and safety considerations
Price: £199
We believe that you should experience deep dives on this specialty course. For this reason, at least one day will be spent at a site offering sufficient depth (over 30 meters) and will involve some travel. Your travel costs are not included in the course price.
To take this course you must have PADI Adventure Diver rating or higher, and be at least 15 years old.
The first dive of this PADI Specialty Diver course may credit as an Adventure Dive toward your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
