New Adventures Diving

PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty

Do you want to stay warm, or extend your diving season?
Or perhaps you did your Open Water training in warm tropical waters and would like to experience the delights of diving in colder waters?
Maybe you don't want to wait for your next holiday for your next diving adventure?
A dry suit seals you off from the water and keeps you comfortable and (as the name suggests) dry in surprisingly cold water. There is incredible diving in the world’s cooler regions and in some areas, conditions are even better in colder months.
-
During a confined water dive (usually a pool session) and two open water dives, you will learn:
- The different types of dry suit and undersuits
- Taking care of a dry suit
- Putting on and taking off your dry suit with minimal assistance.
- Mastering buoyancy control using your dry suit.
- Dive safety procedures when using a dry suit.
Price: £175
If you’re at least 10 years old and certified as a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or higher, you can enroll in the Dry Suit Diver course.
